We recommend selling your home with the Steve Nash team. In an unfavorable seller's market, we received 2 competing offers and accepted one by day 24 on the market. We have sold 9 homes over the years, so we have considerable experience in preparing and staging our home to make it marketable. However, we have had previous real estate agents who used their phone and I-Pad for online pictures which looked terrible. Therefore, we were adamant about our listing having good photos. Steve hired a photographer who took outstanding photos including drone shots and also created a 3-D tour. He also advertised on several sites. In addition, his communication was excellent. He almost always answers his phone and if not, he will call you back in a timely manner. We have had real estate agents in the past that were always in a meeting and slow to return calls. Our only suggestion regarding the process would be for more aggressive follow-ups after showings for potential buyer feedback. We originally contacted a different real estate team and that team was very negative about the market and tried to try to bring us down, apparently to manage expectations. Steve, on the other hand, was extremely positive about our property and stressed how excited he was about selling it. We thank Steve for his hard work and dedication in selling our home quickly.
