"This was the best phone call made to find a realtor in the area we were looking to buy in. Our realtor was Sara Rumsey and she went above and beyond considering we were doing this from out of town. It helped that she is licensed in both KY & TN. She made it so easy and did the dirty work for us, I can't stress enough how she caught anything that fell through cracks from my end. She listened to what we wanted and tailored the search accordingly. I came into town twice to look at houses and we spent a lot of time and miles looking for what clicked. We found it and then she got down to brass tacks with the seller and their realtor, it was wonderful. She communicated everything well and was on top of it all. I can't say enough of how well we got along and the pleasure it was working with her. We will definitely use her again when the time comes. I must mention the broaker she recommended us to after being dissatisfied with a bank we were working with. He is a rock star! He pulled out a miracle with closing less then 10 days away, he met the challenge and killed it. You can't go wrong using this realtor."
